1. Can you ship to APO address or PO Box address?

Only the regular post service can ship to APO Adress or PO box while the courier service like DHL, UPS, EMS and Fedex cannot. If you select the courier service like DHL/UPS/EMS/Fedex while the address you provide is APO address or PO Box, we will ask you to provide with us a physical address for delivery.


2. How do I ship items to a different address?

During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address.


3. Why my order cannot be sent by courier service like UPS/DHL/Fedex?
1. Some special products cannot be shipped by courier service as it can be easily detained by the customs. In this case, we ship them by regular post service.
2. Some countries are not covered by UPS/DHL/Fedex, so the carrier will change the shipping method for your package. 


4. Why is my order shipped separately?
1. Some items in your order are out of stock and we do not want to delay the delivery of the remains, so items available will be shipped out in advance. Back ordered items will be shipped out once they come in stock later.
2. Some special items which include easily-detained accessories, such as tattoo ink, will be shipped separately by the carrier, especially when you choose express mail like DHL/UPS/Fedex.The main product(s) will be sent by the shipping method which you chose while the accessories like tattoo ink will be usually sent by regular post service, which could be cleared by the customs easier. 


5. What will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping and handling charges vary greatly depending upon the value of the materials and craftsmanship of the piece and its final shipment destination. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item's description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order.



6. Can I come to your locations to pick up an item?

Unfortunately, we are not currently configured for individuals to come to our locations to pick up their orders. We are merely an office for processing the paperwork for these transactions.



7. How do I pay?

You can pay on our website with credit card, debit card or with a Paypal account. If you would like to email us instead, we can take an order via email and send you an electronic invoice for the total which can be paid via credit card, MasterCard or Paypal. We also accept money order, cashiers checks, direct bank transfer and Western Union wire transfer, email us for details.



8. How come I am getting an error message when I pay?

This may be due to 1 of 3 possible reasons.

  1. Your credit card company does not allow you to make online purchases.  You may have to call your credit card company to see if they can lift this restriction on your card.
  2. Your credit card company does not allow you to use your card for foreign transactions.  We are a Hong Kong company and our payment processing bank is in Hong Kong, if you are in the USA or any country other than Hong Kong your credit card company may be preventing you from making the purchase.  In this case, you will need to call your credit card company and let them know that you intend to make an online purchase from a company whose bank is located in Hong Kong.  Most credit card companies will have no problem lifting this restriction for you.
  3. You are using a Check Debit card or Prepaid Credit card that has just enough funds for the transaction but not enough funds for additional service charges the credit card company is charging you.  Some credit card companies will charge a user fee or foreign transaction fee which may equate to a few percent on top of the total for the transaction.



9. Do I have to pay import taxes or sales tax?

If you live in the USA, there is no import taxes because of the NAFTA Free Trade Agreement. There are no State taxes because we are out of state. If you live internationally (UK, Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia, etc..) there are no taxes charged leaving Hong Kong , however, be sure to check your own countries importation rules and customs taxes to see if there may be some taxes incurred by your government.



10. How long does it take to receive my order?

1.If you live in the USA we ship via USPS and (UPS,DHL). For most orders we ship via USPS Priority and this takes 7-12 business days to receive. If your order is too big to fit in a USPS large flat rate box, we will ship your order via (UPS,DHL,FedEx) which takes 3-7 business days to receive.

2.If you live in Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South America it will take 7-15 business days from the date your payment clears for tattoo kits, 7-12 business days for parts, supplies, inks, permanent makeup kits and tattoo machines.



11. How can I track my order?

For Tattoo kits, power supplies and quantity orders of supplies, you will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipping. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder as the email sometimes gets blocked by email filters. For smaller items like tattoo machines, needles and parts, we ship via Singapore Post Small Packet or HongKong Post Small Packet or China Post Small Packet And register tracking number .


12. I haven't got the parcel in time, What should I do ?

Please contact us , we will offer you information and solution.


13. Describe 3-5 hours numbing, why only 1 hour ??

if you need to numbing last long time, key poin 1. thinckness must be 2-3 mm, not good effective if apply thin. 2. please cover about film and keep 1 hours.

14. How can I track the order ?

Please login and check the order, we upload the tracking numebr after shipping. enter the tracking number and get the information (available in 2-3 days)


15. How much for the shipping?

All are free shipping , if you need fast, we can post by Express to some countries.


16. How to ship the product?

We use ePacket for the first choice if your country support ePacket. second chioce is Singpore post and PostNL. We also support DHL/fedex express for large quantiry. please contact our friendly Customer service. Please check whether your location is Remote Area, we don't support Express Shipping to Remote Area.


17. Should I pay the tax?

We will pack the products in a small box, and mark the value less than $10, normally no tax tudy for buyer. Buyer has responsibility to pay tax if the Custom ask for it.


18. when will you ship my items?

Handing time 1-2 business days. We has enough stock for you.


19. When can I get the product?
