Product Preparing Time

We do not exclude the possibility that some items may run out of stock due to high sales volume. Usually it will take 1 to 3 business days to prepare the item(s). For some customized items, it may take a little longer time.

Cancellation Order

Order canceled within 24 hours of payment is eligible for a full refund.
Order canceled within 1-3 days after payment is only eligible for a partial refund of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product sales price.
Order canceled after 3 days of payment is only eligible for a partial refund of the full shipping cost.

Product Delivery Time

Please be rest assured that your package will arrive on time unless there are some unpredictable factors (severe weather condition, etc.) which will cause delay. During the delivery time, you can log in My Account and check the tracking information about your order. If you haven’t received your package beyond the lost time, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Center.
